Rainbow's End is the first real quilt shop I ever experienced, and it set the bar very high. The shop is huge (they claim to be the largest quilt shop in the entire state of Florida), overwhelming (in a good way) and very well organized. An entire wall is devoted to batiks, another to flannels. The selection of other fabrics is amazing, everything from reproductions to contemporaries and traditionals. Samples quilts are everywhere, patterns, books and kits are abundant, and the staff are tremendously helpful and patient.
